As a beat 'em up, the ramp up in difficulty will certainly settle who's experienced and who's not.
Jokes and cleverly thought and adds a comedy movie vibes along with being a serious platfomer and a beat 'em up.
Cyberpunk is overly done at this point, but at least it fits both its story and characters. Being a 2D game with pixel art helps it too.
