Lots of quirky weapon types to experiment with
Multiplayer co-op flows well when it works
Different locations throughout the game add to the atmospheric fun
Mini games are fun and randomisation helps keep them fresh
Challenges that are "randomly generated" seem to be used to keep the player busy with dull rewards
