Great Gameplay
Incredible OST
Good Writing
Great Voice Acting
Lower Quality Side Content
Bit of A Slow Start

A delight, the sound effect.
Faithful and successful reproduction of Pandora.
An Ode to the World of James Cameron
Incoherent mission chains.
Slightly complicated controls in the food and weapons menus.
Very focused on certain parts of the endgame content.

Graphically, it is spectacular, especially in terms of landscapes.
A very enjoyable gameplay with smooth and rewarding movements.
The poor readability of the scene on certain occasions.
The secret could have been better kept.

Traversal is an integral part of gameplay, and they nailed it. It feels natural from the nimble running to flying with your Ikran to explore the world around you.
The addition of Online Co-op is well implemented. Progress counts equally and both players can run freely in the open world to their heart?s content.
The focus on immersion via the Na?vi senses and having to rely on your attention to detail pays off. Instead of using the map and being distracted, just looking at your environment to progress works wonders.
Some side quests are not too complex or inspired. The task of going for a specific item to craft a certain armor or weapon has been seen plenty of times before.

The beauty with which Pandora is recreated.
Very fun, varied and agile gameplay, with great mobility.

Loads to do
Interesting story
Fun combat
Enemy AI can behave weirdly

Solid combat and stealth mechanics that go hand in hand with strong traversal
Flight mechanics on an Ikran feel great
Interesting twists on exploration and resource gathering, especially when you need to track down materials
Well-paced story with fully realized characters
Excellent soundtrack
Resource gathering can get tedious sometimes
Some Skills could be more exciting while certain side quests, despite good characterization, default towards fetch questing
Power grinding can be annoying, especially with the focus on crafting over drops
Fulfilling conditions for material rarity tend to be iffy

Immersive gameplay
Plenty of content and replayability
Minor glitches

Sensational artistic direction
Immersive and smooth to play.
Absence of Italian dubbing.
Unjustified presence of aesthetic microtransactions.

Great stealth and combat
Beautifully dense world
Investigation sections can make it too hard to find clues
Bland story
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Combat mechanics are good
Impressive sound design

Immersive world
Crafting tied into exploration
Impressive attention to detail
Lacking enemy variety
Some side activities lack incentive

Visually, it looks very good.
The ecological aspect behind the missions against the GDR.
A gameplay familiar enough to dive into almost instantly.
A good balance between combat and storyline.
Flying on the back of an Ikran is amazing.
A very vulnerable character at the beginning of the game, it surprises.
The game sometimes lacks clarity in its instructions.
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Exploration and crafting are strong points of the game.
Vertical movement makes the gameplay very enjoyable.
Having a new Avatar story is incredible.
Full localization for Brazil
Fights, weapons, and enemies do not excite me.
Pandora could/should have more "life" in the open world.

Clear, easy to understand levels
Still somewhat relaxing in small chunks
Feels more repetitive than usual
A massive back step from the first game

A gameplay already seen but effective.
A fairly minimalist ATH
A crazy soundtrack
Intense fights
RDA positions too closely modeled on others

Lush open world

Customization and interactivity
Excellent location in PT-BR
Useless survival aspects
Navigability and accessibility
Limitations in terms of discretion and combat.

Pandora Feels Lifelike
Competent and Challenging Combat
Decent Story and Pacing
Map Has Less Icon Clutter
Some Visual Glitches and Frame Dips
Frustrating Combat Score Roadblocks
Lack of Co-Op Matchmaking

The flight system is really well done...
The gameplay is an improvement over the one offered in Far Cry.
...but it unlocks too late.
Enemy AI to be reviewed

The open-world exploration of Pandora.
Respecting the work of James Cameron
The sublime soundtrack by Pinar Toprak.
The possibility to fly using the Ikran and ride a banshee in the game.
The evolution of the story and our character during the adventure.
A decent lifespan
An AI that is too aggressive most of the time...
Uninspired side quests
The investigation phases

Excellent video game adaptation of the cinematic universe of Avatar.
Main and secondary missions are always diverse and enjoyable.
Too bad about the lack of Italian dubbing.

Rather strong
Some sequences of great intensity
Game less brilliant than what we had hoped for.
Too bad there is no Italian dubbing.

Good movement on foot with elements of parkour.
Entertaining combat system
Great music and sound effects
Playable in optional two-player cooperation.
Open World with few events

Day/night/temperature cycle that influences fauna and flora.
Vast open world and beautiful verticality.
Very good sound environment, especially at night.
Possibility to play in online co-op mode
Between 20 and 30 hours of gameplay.
The open world has vast spaces, but rather empty.
Some missions are difficult to locate/understand/succeed.
Managing inventory and crafting equipment can be difficult to handle/understand.
The inability to trade our old equipment for resources.
The enemy AI is a bit ordinary.
The voice volume level balance is poorly calibrated.

Not at all obvious level design.
Compelling shooting phases
In the long run, some side missions are redundant.
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Far Cry-esque gameplay
Every character has an NPC personality, even the main one
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Great alien world building to explore
+
Simple but fun free roaming gameplay
Occasion lack of clarity
-
All very familiar mechanically

The exhilarating customization of equipment...
Really beautiful graphically...
Some main enjoyable missions...
A truly captivating narrative...
An artistic direction that is not only sublime, but also faithful to the lore of Avatar.
A rich, vibrant, and seamless open world with numerous side activities to complete.
An excellent vertical and aerial construction.
The kitchen station that is used to prepare dishes that give bonuses.
Hunting and fishing are useful for crafting and the kitchen station.
Classic crafting system overall but effective.
Flying battles on the back of an Ikran are exhilarating.
An excellent lifespan of approximately 30 hours in a straight line.
The sound design is excellent (and with a really good French dub).
... which could have been a little more thoroughly explored.
... although quite uneven
... which suffer from a quite noticeable repetitiveness.
... unfortunately very predictable, like its ending.
Many main missions not very original.
Very difficult if you decide to play it rough, even with a high level of power.
The typical set of bugs in an open world - display lag, collision and sound bugs, clipping, etc...
A progression in quests that is sometimes unclear.
The platform and parkour side not detailed enough.

Novel crafting mechanics that tie into the themes of Avatar
Tremendous traversal mechanics
Predictable story and plot
A gameplay loop that doesn't do much new

Immersive sound and world
Feels like the movies
Ikran flying is fun
Uneven pacing
Some annoying mechanics
Technical issues
Just not much fun

Beautiful graphics
Beautiful details

Exploration feels rewarding
Richly detailed flora and fauna
Gathering and hunting encourage exploration
Repetitive mission structure
Forgettable story
Still relies on the same tired activities

Soothing walks
Avatar fans will be ecstatic.
Any narration
Quickly demotivating objectives
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Flying through the world on Ikran is as exhilarating as it is beautiful
Objective markers are tedious to locate
Not every person needs to explain their life story for me to give them this rock I was told to bring them

Highly mobile gameplay and reactive combat
Impressive attention to detail
Skippable harvesting mini-games and minimalistic HUD
Authentic to the the Avatar films
Nothing protagonist and a cast of interchangeable look-alikes
Tedious and recycled objectives pad out the game
No boss battles and no fishing

Capture the essence of the world of Avatar; you feel like you are in one of the movies.
Shake up the Far Cry formula to offer unique sensations.
A fight that turns you into prey to deliver exciting battles.
The main missions have well-designed environments that transport you into an adventure.
Obsolete mission design
The game formula wears out over time.
Creative but empty RPG systems.
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Fans of the Avatar franchise are in for a treat
Shallow and forgettable characters
Poor presentation and cinematic

A huge game world
Captures the feel of the films
Lacks narrative focus

Vast and varied
Gameplay now consolidated.
The gameplay does not shine in any area.
Plot and storytelling to be reviewed.
Has a few interesting concepts
A lot of bugs
Overall unlikable cast

Various accessibility parameters
Vast world of gaming...
Interesting historical approach
Fun shooting action, although overall ordinary.
Lush role-playing game mechanics with comprehensive skill trees and a multitude of equipment.
Great offer of side missions
Magnificent, detailed graphics...
Just as beautiful even with low details (PC)
A very accurate long-term vision.
Many pleasant graphic effects during and outside of battles.
Good German speakers
Harmonious soundtrack
Mainly good sound effects
... but oversized and often boring outside of the mission.
Narratively, overall bland.
Craftsmanship relies too much on chance / Overall progress relies too much on loading and is opaque.
Air combat is functioning semi-well.
... but also a lot of construction sets.
Too much meaningless chatter and pseudo-amusing insertions.
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Enjoyable, if sometimes overwhelming, gathering and crafting
Lacklustre gunplay
Uninspired mechanics and minigames taken straight from other games
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Authentic music and sound effects
Mounted gameplay is fun
Uninteresting combat
Dumb, yet all-seeing AI
Predictable, uninspiring story

A solid soundtrack
A neat presentation
Faithful to movies
The story, not very captivating.
The Ubisoft formula, a copy-paste of Far Cry that is aging.
The ubiquitous craft, quickly annoying.
The unexpected back and forths

Pleasing accessibility options
Generally competent
Unengaging and snore-worthy investigation sections
Using firearms doesn't feel good
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Plentiful options on PC; seems to accommodate suboptimal hardware fairly well
Rote, uninteresting storytelling; a "Western Frontier" is not a good starting point for so many reasons!
Boilerplate AAA, open world action/adventure gameplay loop bringing nothing new or interesting to the table

Enjoyable stealth combat
Bland story
Hazy view
Abysmal performance
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Hunting for creatures and seeking valuable upgrades serves as engaging puzzles
Delicate themes are grossly mishandled
An unsatisfying hodgepodge of the Ubisoft formula
Riddled with bugs and severely unoptimised

The action often ends up being simply annoying and at best indifferent.
The scenario and the characters are not interesting at all, neither in terms of writing nor in terms of presentation.
Reminds me of the memories of film merchandise that were on sale, sold for 1 to 2 weeks, and then fell into oblivion.

He knows perfectly how to capture the same essence of the movies.
The exploration feels very agile and fun, just like the battles.
The parts where you have to play the role of a detective.
The main and secondary missions are very similar.
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.
A vast open world filled with things to do...
Sequences that have their little effect...
Well thought-out gameplay mechanics...
An absolutely sublime artistic direction.
A beautiful soundtrack
A rather satisfying PS5 version...
A general atmosphere faithful to the works of James Cameron.
... maybe a little too much
... but a lack of truly epic scenes.
... a little redundant nonetheless, at times
A less diverse bestiary for the GDR than that of the fauna and flora.
An AI far from perfect
... despite minor visual issues
An unfair difficulty sometimes.
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.
Atmospheric like James Cameron?s cinematic masterpieces
Very dynamic gameplay with lots of freedom
If we destroy RDA factories, the contaminated wasteland turns into a paradise
Na?vi culture and religion are wonderfully celebrated
Designed much more for exploration and wonder than pure combat
Spreads the wonderful feeling of becoming part of the Na?vi tribes
Lacks some exciting twists
A bit too many quests in the style of ?Hey, bring over these special berries?
