Fantastic gameplay that's oodles of fun, especially online
Loads of content to play through
Plays exceptionally well on Switch

No new content or Switch-exclusive features
Enemies are pretty dumb
Story is inconsequential

New 4K presentation is crisp
Looks and runs great on modern hardware
Quality of life improvements are all welcome and improve the experience
Still fun to play with solid shooting and great loot (i.e. weapons)

Early areas and mission design still slow and repetitive with far too much backtracking
NPCs still mannequins
Still full of brown, sandy, and grey environments
And still shines when played co-op

Xbox Tavern

Is just as outlandish and as diverse as ever before.
Quality of life improvements make for a smoother trek.
Some new additions to soak up throughout.
Visual enhancements make it look so much better.
Replay value is through the roof.

Delayed rendering and some framerate drops.
Some reports of broken multiplayer.

Cel-shaded art-style looks even better thanks to texture and lighting improvements
New quality of life features like the inventory overhaul and mini-map make for a smoother experience
Exploring Pandora, looting and shooting bandits still feels very satisfying
Plentiful amounts of fun content with a robust loot cycle to run through

Shooting - and the gameplay as a whole - doesn't feel as refined as the sequels
Enemy AI isn't overtly smart
Characterization, both for NPCs and playable characters, is inferior to further titles
