Car models are painstakingly detailed.
Abundance of settings and assists to finetune the difficulty and experience to your skill level.
Addition of Sprint Races, Miami and other circuit updates to keep the game true to the real-life motorsport.

Visuals are a little underwhelming for a simulation game on Series X|S and PS5.
Supercars are very floaty in their handling and feel a little pointless in their addition.
Not a whole lot’s changed from F1 21.

MyTeam and MyDriver offer some very fun racing, decision-making and complexity especially with Department Events and Pit Crew Errors
Visuals remain solid, if fairly similar to last year
New commentators bolster the already strong audio design
Track designs feel great while Sprint Races offer some great variety
Adaptive AI feels good
Extensive accessibility options allow anyone to jump in and start racing

Bugs and glitches which can hamper the overall presentation and realism
F1 Life feels tacked on and seemingly meant to push for microtransactions
Limited livery and boring avatar customization
Only one new track this year
Supercars don't really add or expand upon the established formula
