Mission Mode teaches players a lot about the beginner level and advanced things the game has
The game's visuals look top notch
The new Roman Cancel feels amazing to use in battle
The starting roster could have been bigger

Rockin? soundtrack
Rollback netcode for online play is impressive
Diverse cast of characters that offer different playstyles
Story mode with an engaging plot and improved production values
Gacha fishing to unlock extras
No Combo training mode

Arc System Works has performed black magic: visually impressive, loading times are quick, it runs at 60 frames per second, and the online mode works like a charm.
All content and updates published so far are included.
The same shadow hangs over the online mode as the rest of the games in the genre: there are not enough people on Nintendo Switch.
There is no crossplay with other platforms.

Absolutely stunning visuals
Online hub is very unique and fun
Only 15 characters to start
Repetitive voiced lines

Hugely diverse assortment of characters
Diamond in the rough netcode
Accessible yet mechanically dense
Dash and RC shortcuts help control precise inputs
Compatible with most PS4 arcade sticks...
Where are the combo trials?
Series favorites such as Bridget, Baiken and Johnny all missing from the 15-character roster
Unlockable system will constant throw fashion pieces for your lobby avatar long before you unlock new music and character colors
..but Brooks boards won't work on PlayStation 5 (Sorry HitBox users!)

Survival is a lot of fun
The story is good, if silly
Wall breaks work well
The lobbies have been improved since the beta
The simplified gatling system is a step back
No way to unlock items without fishing
The lobbies are still kind of a mess
Small roster might turn some people off
No Instant Kills
The odd bug
