Discovering the background and lands of the Vikings is a nice touch and refreshing for a strategy game.
Seasons add a nice difficulty bonus as players need to prepare for fall and winter in advance.

Mostly generic, besides its theme, it does not bring anything to the table in the long run.
Still needs polishing to keep up with the standards or other strategy games in the market.
Missing essential mechanics for strategy games need to be included soon; currently, it is not so user-friendly in terms of getting a good grasp of your city.
