Baseball feel at its best. Many improvements in player movement. Career mode has finally improved. Documentary-style Storylines are something every sports game should have.

Franchise is basically unchanged. Graphics engine is starting to feel old.

Storylines Season 3 is another fascinating look into African-American legends
Solid gameplay with enough customization for comfort
Diamond Quest is a fun rogue-like mode while Path to the Show offers decent new additions

Sticks a little too close to its signature formula and gameplay, at the risk of stagnation
Visuals see very little improvements over last year
Path to the Show is still a fairly typical Career mode

Difficulty is steep and requires lots of practice
