The design of the new and classic characters is neat and allows you to connect with the world.
Although it follows the original story, there are a few changes that will allow you to recognize delivery as something that goes beyond that, but still respects the essence of the work.
The execution of the video game is beautiful, however it does not bring anything really innovative to the genre.

A lot of characters to find and play as
The story is as great and gripping as the anime
Some puzzle elements are not too clear
The speed-up battle function could have been faster

Sharp visuals and strong music
Simple but satisfying combat loop
Combat menus can be unintuitive

Art style and aesthetic are visually engaging.
Voice acting is just as good as the anime.
Original story and characters feel underdeveloped.
Music is a bit bland.

An excellent use of turn-based mechanics, featuring new and fun ideas
World exploration and vibrancy feels like a luscious theme park visit
Character dynamics well realised
Some quality of life changes needed in checkpointing and save states
Oda's female character design continues to be frustrating

Newcomers are kind of welcome
A few translation issues

Pleasantly complex and diverse combat system
Nice basic principle stone-paper-scissors

All the important straw hat pirates
A lot of nostalgia and legendary villains thanks to the "memory sequences"
Perfectly captures the atmosphere and humor of the original
Nice comic look...
Cinematics for the most part well staged
Most good animations, especially in combat
Very good almost continuous Japanese dubbing
Matching the heroic music of dudelig
Combat-rich sound effects
Good German texts
Ability unlock almost exclusively related to story progression
The degree of difficulty increases significantly only after working hours
Unattractive side missions
... Although not technically impressive
No German voice release, not even English
Sound effects outside of partially weak combat

An excellent combat system
A JRPG One Piece!
Visually compelling during clashes

A superb staging during the attacks.
A very linear game
A little too simple and repetitive
Scenery empty of life
A focal length too close to the combatants that affects the readability of the battlefield
Not much variety in enemies

Visually and musically pleasing
Auto battle toggle and speed up animation options
Authentic One Piece story telling and locations
Fair in game economy

Nami and Robin's massive breasts
Where is Sanji's smokes?
No english audio option
Sudden difficulty spikes

Colorful and lively world, in full Oda style
Original dubbing
Technically not well optimized on the S series
Maybe a little too simple

World exploration is a joy
Story is a love letter to fans
Plays things a little too safe with the game design

The game manages to make new with old
A well-crafted and accessible combat system
