A lovely array of moves and tons of ways to use them
Very charming soundtrack throughout
Colorful art style that makes the whole thing cartoonish
Satisfying 3D platforming and gimmicks throughout
Some naughty little bugs here and there
Colorful cast (especially bosses) are underutilized

Tight controls
Excellent pacing
Built for speed over precision

Solid level design that covers for your skill (and lack thereof).
Fantastic character controller and game physics.
Momentum-breaking swinging bar sucks.
Some funny bugs here 'n there.

Creative and diverse level designs
Combo and scoring system adds a lot of depth
