Refined atmosphere
The gameplay is incredibly deep, you really feel like you are investigating!
Procedural serial killer shows are fun.

Between one procedural case and another, scripted and more elaborate missions would not have been too much.
Several bugs that could prevent the completion of a task.
There do not seem to be any major projects for the future of the game.
