Fantastic combat
Graphics and audio are top notch
Lore is interesting and semi-realistic
Weapons feel great to use, even if their mods bonuses were chosen by an amateur
Music is better than TD1, but that is a very low bar cleared by an inch
Coop is great, and solo is anxiously viable
Voice acting is great, aside from Base of Operation unlockable characters, which *all* sound like they're bored and sleepy while delivering their lines
Endgame is significantly more thought out, but that's also a very low bar to clear
Severe balance issues when it comes to skills, gear, and weapon mods
Compared to The Division 1, skills in The Division 2 are rather unimpressive both in functionality (but especially in presentation) -- give me back my awesome airburst BB-8!

Refines third-person cover-based shooting, with more skills at your disposal
And smarter AI to deal with too
Washington D.C. is wonderful, from the detail to variety in mission locations that never grow tiresome or repetitive
Visually stunning, with wonderful sound design
Same goes for the loot, the constant stream of new gear means nothing feels special until the very endgame of the endgame

Much stronger focus on endgame content and the loot treadmill than the first Division
Clan system rewards you for playing with friends
The first looter shooter since Destiny 1 TTK that I haven't been able to tear myself away from
Various glitches that hinder the current experience but should hopefully get patched out one day
