A lot of tools at your disposal
Unclear how long the game is ? there's so much to do
Needs powerful system to run

Tons of character types and archetypes to choose between
The game is incredibly reactive to the player's actions
Freeing London one borough at a time is engaging
Open world activities are still a lot of fun.
Long and frequent load times
Some technical issues here and there.

London is a great backdrop in which to continue the series
Gadget-based stealth and sandbox action return and is as engaging as ever
Visually stunning with ray-tracing offering a next-gen glimpse on PC
Could have used a lot more of the satire seen in Watch Dogs 2
Adding a limitless supply of AI protagonists affects your attachment to their progression and, well, their progression as a whole
Side activities and open world events are essentially absent
A little buggy on PC

RTX lighting looks fantastic
Everyone is the protagonist angle actually works
Driving and gunplay are improved over WD2
Core gameplay loop is fun and rewarding
Unexplained and sudden framerate plummets
Physics and animation bugs aplenty
Occasional graphical wonkiness in character faces
Hand-to-hand is just awful

It's great to see London in a game, even if it is so wrong in so many places it kills me a bit inside
The idea of recruiting anyone is novel and vaguely interesting
City is lively and full of places to infiltrate
Aside from a few buildings, most landmarks in London are either wrong or absent
Recruitment NPCs is ridiculously simplistic, generic, and absurd
Story and plot are quite bad
Watch Dogs as a franchise lost its way after the first game, and it still hasn't found it back
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.
