Catalog of characters provided
Smooth and dynamic gameplay
Balancing characters not always at the top

Great new progression system
Seasonal content delivery
Welcoming to new players
Fantastic presentation and stability
Free-to-play
FTUE is quite lengthy
New UI lacks style
AMD FSR looks bad
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

New heroes are great fun
Maps, voicelines, and redesigns are a home run
The controls aren?t always great because of the browser limitations

New maps and characters wonderfully suit the game's competitive pace
No issue with balancing changes for the OGs
All cosmetics are locked behind either the battle pass or the shop
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Each new character brings refreshing gameplay styles that switch up the formula.
The new Push mode is a success as there?s genuine tension between both teams.
Microtransactions are too expensive, and there have been some concerning connection issues in the past.

Improved Graphics/Design
Amazing Time With Friends
Gets Boring After A While

always a unique blend of hero shooter game
clean 5v5 battles
Wide range (heroes, maps, modes)
Timeless design
Classified mode...
no numbers behind a paywall
no loot boxes
very demanding at first
PvE mode will be submitted later
... whose unlock height is a little too high
overall, a little too few technical changes
carefully expensive skin packs
Classic Launch of Blizzard (overwhelmed server, DDOS, many network bugs)
history and history cannot be found in the game

Solid new gameplay, more based on heroes and skills
It confirms an immediate, intuitive and fun FPS.
PvP experience less suitable than before for casuals
Not all news is 100% convincing.

Heroes feel fairly balanced, with no one character dominating the meta, at least for now.
Role passives allow all roles to feel more impactful during a match.
Fans who were looking forward to the PvE content won’t find much to enjoy here.
Changes to mechanics benefit competive modes
Anyone can play for free
Outstanding cartoon art style and quality
Balancing issues with heroes
Sensory overload in matches with lots happening at once

Simple, satisfying gameplay loop
+
Well-balanced heroes
+
Cross-progression between platforms
+
Unique art style
Lack of a player-versus-environment mode
-
New mechanics risk alienating some players

Bright, bold art style
Every character feels like playing a whole new shooter
Unlikely to convince anyone who wasn?t taken with the series before

Visually and auditorily splendiferous
A tight and exciting PvP shooter experience
New map types and heroes are exceptionally fun and well realised
An exciting new chapter to explore
Store prices feel steep and uninviting
Battle pass progress could be faster

Exciting, enjoyable gameplay
Great evolution from the original
Brilliant attention to detail
Worrying Battle Pass system
Less launch content than expected

5v5 feels faster and more exciting
New maps are well-designed and feature numerous strategic avenues
Push Mode allows for some tense back-and-forth exchanges
The new heroes are fun to play
Most of the new voice lines and interactions are well done
Still feels good to control and offers great connectivity despite an initially shaky launch
Audio mixing needs some work, especially when it comes to enemy footsteps
Non-Battle Pass progression feels hamstrung with little to no rewards to earn outside of the Premium pass
Amount of free premium currency is pitiable
UI still needs some work

5v5 matches is a good change
Move to free-to-play model
Bad Battle Pass at launch

Shooting and general play is as smooth as ever
The three new characters are cool
Extremely messy launch
New characters on Battle Pass could promote pay-to-win
RIP Hanamura

The new heroes fit right into with the rest of the roster
The new Push mode is a fun game of tug-of-war
It's more Overwatch, even if the "more" doesn't exactly fit the definition of a "sequel"
The new user interface has less personality than before
Connection issues continue to plague the experience, though they are improved and improving

The new modes are super interesting
Being five-on-five with a tank changes the style
It just looks like an update to the first game
PvE mode is still not available

New heroes and retouching go well with the new 5vs5 format
The new maps are well designed to make the clashes varied
Revisable progress system
it is still far from being called a sequel

New maps and heroes are a welcome addition
Runs surprisingly well on Switch
Not a whole lot of new content
Grindy Battle Pass

Faster laps put you in a good mood
Chic cards (visual and playful)
Long queues
Matchmaking still bumpy
Battle Pass takes a little time to get used to

Cross-play and cross-progression functionality
Lets you transfer cosmetics from original Overwatch
Smooth, 60-frames-per-second play
Minimal gameplay changes
PvE won't launch until 2023

Inventive and coherent new hero designs
+ old hero reworks
New maps are great and Push one of the best game modes yet
Has Blizzard's trademark polish in spades
Some heroes, maps, and modes feel archaic within the 5v5 framework
Baffling new player experience
Battle pass progression is too slow
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

The few new characters that are enjoyable to play
Gameplay as pleasant as ever
Economic system that hurts
Lack of new features
Battle Pass system is quite dodgy

A huge cast for all tastes
Arcade mode, to vary
The ease of finding a game
Big pressure on the only Tank of the team
Progression, slow and less fun
The Premium Pass...

A beautiful quality soundtrack with convincing voice acting
A fluid gameplay and always enjoyable.
A disastrous launch
A version 2 that looks more like a 1.5 than a real new opus
A Battle Pass that leaves us on the floor
An economic model not at all in tune with the times and which takes its players for cash cows under the guise of a false gratuity
The PvE that we have been waiting for since the first opus is still not in the game for the moment
So much expectation does not justify the state of the app in its current form.

The vast database allows you to learn more about the world of Overwatch.
The hilarious dialogues between the heroes during missions, which change with each new game.
The gameplay is almost identical to past PvE missions.
Having to wait for many more months (or even years) before discovering the continuation of events.

Good ideas for new heroes and maps
The revamped HUD, we love it!
The pleasure of playing remains intact
The transition to 5v5 is very smooth
The lack of an innovative game mode is sorely felt
An economic change of mode that strongly displeases
A Battle Pass that pushes consumerism
A catastrophic launch

Interesting character designs
Moments of bliss
Long queue times
More punishing than before
